We want everyone to be able to use this website and enjoy their visit to Brandon Hall Hotel and Spa.

This website

We've built this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That means you should be able to:

• zoom in up to 400% without text spilling off the screen
• move around the site using only a keyboard, with a "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page
• use the site with a screen reader, with descriptions on our photographs
• read text with good contrast against its background
• turn off animations using your device's reduced-motion setting

What we know isn't fully accessible

• Some of our brochures and printable menus are PDFs, which may not work well with screen readers. The same information is on the website pages themselves, and we're happy to send it in another format.
• The floor plans in our event planner are pictures. The room sizes and capacities are also shown in text and in the capacity chart.
• The map on our contact page and our room booking pages are provided by other companies.

At the hotel

We have accessible Classic and Executive rooms. If you or anyone in your party has access needs, please let us know when you book, or call us before you arrive, and we'll do everything we can to help.
