Our self-catering packages give you exclusive use of a beautiful event space and the support of our experienced team, while you bring in the caterer who knows your tastes best. Your wedding coordinator can recommend preferred suppliers.

We'd like to meet you and your chosen caterer six to eight weeks before your wedding to go through the finer details of your booking.
Each function suite has a minimum guest number; please ask your wedding coordinator for details. We can be flexible, subject to availability. The Woodlands Suite holds up to 280 guests when no equipment is required, and the Brandon Suite holds up to 100 guests.
For fire safety reasons, naked flames aren't permitted. LED candelabras may be used instead and are just as effective.
We can arrange entertainment through our preferred suppliers. You're also welcome to book your own, once we've approved the supplier and checked their public liability insurance and PAT testing certificates.
Before confirming your caterer, please ask them to send us evidence of insurance cover, food hygiene certificates, PAT testing certificates for equipment, food handler training certificates, a full menu with a list of dishes, an alcohol licence, details of how the food will be delivered and set up, and a detailed plan for setting up and clearing the event space.
If your wedding is cancelled, a cancellation fee applies in line with the terms and conditions of your contract.

Unwind in the leisure club, then meet, greet and mingle with your loved ones in a private dining space the night before. The morning after you say "I do", carry on the celebrations over breakfast with your guests, then clear your head with a countryside walk.
